Prepared in this preview
- Replaced visible sale pricing, urgency counters and fixed-payback promotion with draft product information. Updated homepage, navigation, shop, FAQ, compatibility, about, footer and mobile calls to action.
- Added FLX3 overview and product-detail routes, qualified free-electricity-plan information, and prominent product comparison cards. Unapproved products have enquiry actions, not payment buttons.
- One draft catalogue supplies all proposed prices on cards, details and the calculator. Live payment logic is intentionally not connected to this draft catalogue and remains a release blocker.
- The calculator uses assumed surplus-solar coverage, avoided electricity purchases and forgone feed-in income. Hardware and installed costs are separated; free-hours scheduling is not counted.
- Removed displayed aggregate ratings, installation/customer counts, exclusivity claims and unsubstantiated savings promises. Historical quotations remain unedited in the project but are withheld from the preview pending evidence.
- Removed sale offers and aggregate ratings from search metadata. Draft product structured data has no Offer, price or inventory assertion.
- Product views and product email/phone enquiry clicks use explicitly labelled preview analytics events with catalogue identifiers, not personal information. An enquiry click is not counted as a submitted enquiry or purchase.
Approval and missing material
- Confirm every proposed price, final model/configuration, box contents, GST treatment and sale availability. Dual-phase must have its own confirmed price and configuration.
- Temperature sensing kit: replacement price confirmed at $369 AUD including GST. The previous $249/$349 sale comparison is retired. Sensor contents, supported features and availability still need confirmation. This price confirmation does not authorise publication or a live checkout change.
- Confirm EV-only pricing and charger/controller inclusions. Confirm the Water + EV package contains two independent FLX3 controllers and the exact 7 kW Type 2 charger make/model, cable and connection details.
- FLX3 Air remains enquiry-only with no release date. Confirm supported equipment and availability before any purchase offer.
- Provide correct FLX3 Water, EV, Water + EV package and Air imagery, plus a verified temperature-kit photograph. The existing Powerdiverter hardware photo is retained as a family image; confirm phase-specific images before release.
- Provide shipping zones, GST-inclusive rates, rural/remote surcharges, dispatch time, delivery estimates, carrier/service and any excluded locations. Shipping is unknown, not free.
- Confirm exclusions per product: licensed installation, contactors, protection, sensors, switchboard work, other components and labour. No unspecified components have been promised included.
- Supply evidence and permission for testimonials and marketing claims. David R., Sarah M. and James T. homepage quotations, the monitoring quotation and the copied Reviews quotations need source/date review; James T. explicitly mentions the expired price. No quotation was rewritten.
Payment and integration audit — release blockers
- Read-only Stripe API inspection returned no active reusable products or prices (both lists empty; no further pages). The current checkout creates inline price_data instead of using approved Product/Price identifiers. No Stripe resources were changed.
- The existing backend still contains the previous payment amounts. It was not edited because backend edits deploy immediately and this task must not alter live offers. The replacement preview shop never calls that live checkout. The published website and its sale continue unchanged until a separately approved release.
- Existing checkout requests cards and does not configure shipping rates, delivery estimates, inclusive tax behaviour, durable order creation or payment-confirmation handling in the inspected function. Express-payment eligibility and provider dashboard settings remain unverified.
- The old success=true URL generated an order-completed event without payment verification. This draft no longer emits purchase events or claims a payment succeeded from a URL parameter. Verified, deduplicated purchase measurement, order handling and confirmations still need implementation before release.
- The chatbot calls an external Powerdiverter service; its knowledge and response rules are outside this project. It is withheld from this draft to avoid stale pricing replies. The integration source is preserved; its owner must approve updated knowledge before it is restored.
- Existing enquiry backend references authentication and an unset Klaviyo secret; the compatibility attachment flow calls an older upload method. The home enquiry sends system/message fields that the backend does not currently store. These are pre-existing issues identified by source inspection, not verified working flows.
- The registration upgrade links to Shop?upgrade=warranty, but the inspected checkout has no warranty product. The approved warranty policy and registration storage were not changed. This purchase path needs repair before release.
Checks completed and tests not run
- Completed: inspected the current published homepage, relevant page/component content and checkout/enquiry source; made a read-only Stripe catalogue request. These are audits, not successful checkout or email-delivery tests.
- Not run: test-mode payments (successful, failed or cancelled), GST/payment matching, accessory and shipping calculations, guest/express checkout, durable order/payment status, retries and duplicate-order checks, webhook processing, confirmation emails and deduplicated purchase analytics.
- Not run: browser/mobile selection, navigation, enquiry submissions, attachment uploads, warranty registration and calculator interaction tests. No synthetic customer records, orders, payments or marketing enrolments were created.
- No Stripe test credentials or approved test-email recipients were supplied. Existing forms still point at their existing services: do not submit test customer details until isolated test handling is agreed.
- Use the Testing Agent (test-tube icon) for browser QA. Suggested goal: Review the draft homepage, product pages, enquiry links and calculator on desktop and mobile without submitting live forms or attempting a payment.
- After test checkout is configured, suggested goal: Complete, fail and cancel guest test purchases with optional accessories and shipping; confirm exact GST-inclusive totals, one paid order per transaction, correct email recipients and no duplicate purchase events.
Dependencies and release boundary
- No new service, store, subscription, connector, domain or payment provider was installed or purchased. No publication was performed and no records or historical prices were changed.
- No new paid dependency is proposed for this content preview: additional service cost $0. Any transactional infrastructure change requires a separate proposal and approval, including cost and migration impact; the existing Stripe integration must not be silently replaced.
- Deferred work: approved authoritative server-side pricing and checkout wiring, shipping, order/payment verification, receipts, full commerce-event measurement and test-mode QA. This preview is a complete content-review stage, not a payment-ready release.
